The iconic Qantas International First Lounges in Sydney and Melbourne were designed by internationally acclaimed Australian designer Marc Newson, in collaboration with associate architect Sébastien Segers and executive architect Woods Bagot. The spaces embody contemporary Australian luxury, sophisticated design and exceptional hospitality.

Recommended by Woods Bagot and engaged directly by Qantas, Sophie Hart Studio provided styling consultancy and decorative accessories sourcing, curating the finishing details throughout both lounges.

From placemats, water jugs, vases and cutlery holders to games, tealight candles, desk accessories and aromatherapy oil burners for the spa, each element was thoughtfully sourced to complement Newson's distinctive design aesthetic and enhance the guest experience.

The studio's contribution brought an additional layer of warmth, functionality and refinement to the interiors, demonstrating how even the smallest details help create a cohesive luxury environment.
